About my ratings

Perhaps because of my day job, I'm a tough rater. Everything 3/5 and above I consider worth the time and money. If I purchase on Etsy or a similar platform and the puzzle is as expected, I will give a top rating on the platform because of how seller ratings work, but here "as expected" is probably a 3/5 in most cases.

Faraway Isles

 Chris Yates, 90 pieces. Yates' puzzles have a hand feel unlike most anything else on the market--very thick, individually painted, with a resulting fairly tight fit. This one has nice colors and a combination of small knobs and push-fit to create the image. It was a nice change of pace though I think I wouldn't want all my puzzling to be like this. (Definitely sad I didn't snap up his version of Clue, though.) 3/5
