Box Cats

Zufa, 186 pieces. Small, cute image with paw and cat head connectors. 3/5

Two Cats

Zufa, 185 pieces. I like cats, what can I say? 3/5

Cat

Zufa, 173 pieces. One of the nicer cheap Russian producers, with the standard MDF, engraved whimsies, etc. I like the cat paw/head connectors. 3/5

Owl, Tiger, Lynx, Fairy Fox

Zufa. Themed connector time! 3/5

Owl, 260 pieces. Probably the most standard of these.

Tiger, 271 pieces. Paw, kitty face, and tree connectors

Lynx, 271 pieces. Butterfly connectors (most visible on the backside) are the most distinctive feature here.

Fairy Fox, 303 pieces. Leaf connectors.

Earth, Moon, Jupiter, Mars

3 Zufa and one GiRu. Zufa is clearly the quality winner from my experiments with Russian site Wildberries. Although small in size, Zufa has some design experimentation that makes it more enjoyable than the other Russian cutters in my opinion (though I did order another Unidragon to give that another try).

Planet Earth, 153 pieces, Zufa: Puzzlelab style wiggly pieces. 3/5

Moon, 153 pieces, Zufa--same idea, satellite whimsy visible in center:

Jupiter, 153 pieces, Zufa: Implausible shuttle whimsy on this one

Mars, 130 pieces, GiRu: More conventional piece design than Zufa, sadly.

I do always like whimsies that interact with an edge; I interpreted this one as a balloon but maybe not; the whimsies have circular intrusions to connect them to the rest of the puzzle, as shown with the spacesuited figure and Mars rover

Alfred Beetle, Ladybug, Garry Beetle

Zufa, 100 pieces each. Zufa is a Russian brand with pretty good and varied characteristics. These small puzzles have nice colors, decent whimsies including insects, and major irregular edges. 3/5
