About my ratings

Perhaps because of my day job, I'm a tough rater. Everything 3/5 and above I consider worth the time and money. If I purchase on Etsy or a similar platform and the puzzle is as expected, I will give a top rating on the platform because of how seller ratings work, but here "as expected" is probably a 3/5 in most cases.

The Sunshine State

Stave, 65 pieces. I mostly have focused on states I have connections to, but this time it was just in the service of seeing how many I can do. Obviously, someday I hope to be able to put them all into a big pile--perhaps when DC and even Puerto Rico join--and do a big "dissected states" assembly, as I've done with the numbers, letters, and zodiac signs. 6/10

Kandinsky, Tensions Eased

Artifact, 126 pieces. Tiny but fun image. 3/5

Under the Red Umbrella

DaVici, 600 pieces. The elaborate edges here are quite a standout! 3/5

girl smelling flower not quite a distinct whimsy

Kandinsky, Squares with Concentric Circles

Artifact, 191 pieces. I think this is the third puzzle with this image I've done! This one is pretty standard geometric cut. 3/5

Porches

Stave, 455 pieces. This one looks basically dun-colored from afar, but has plenty of detail up close. And some funny-looking bird whimsies 6/10

2+eye+light S+troll+oars = twilight strollers

Soaring Freedom

Enigma, 180 pieces. This one is also very tight-cut and apparently I forgot a picture of the unassembled puzzle. Notable: the helicopter whimsy as a symbol of America (military might?). 3/5

helicopter, top R; Statue of Liberty, center

47th St.

Stave, 395 pieces. We use a photo of Times Square on the cover of our advertising law casebook, and so I liked this image.

well done!
