About my ratings

Perhaps because of my day job, I'm a tough rater. Everything 3/5 and above I consider worth the time and money. If I purchase on Etsy or a similar platform and the puzzle is as expected, I will give a top rating on the platform because of how seller ratings work, but here "as expected" is probably a 3/5 in most cases.

Tropical Fish

Stave, 215 pieces. This Stave has clearly been put together a bunch of times--it was a lot looser than most other Staves I've done, but still fun! The border was cut to still be tricky. 6/10

Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad

Liberty, 630 pieces. Slightly unusual proportions on this one. As with many map puzzles, a ton of detail and similar colors throughout. 3/5

Vincent Van Gogh, First Steps

 Ecru/Artifact, 208 pieces. Nice family-themed whimsies here. 3/5

Sleeping Blonde Mermaid, Viktor Nizovtzev

Elms, 453 pieces. A good challenge because of the way the colors interact with each other in juxtaposition--is it grey, green, or gold? 7/10

Summer Dreams, Anna Ivanir

Liberty, 728 pieces. Despite its size, the variety in the image offered steady assembly, and a lot of themed whimsies. 4/5

Fuyuna, Haruyu Morita

Elms, 325 pieces. Lovely image; no wonder everyone loves it for puzzles. Nice dropouts at the top. 6/10

Carnation, Lily Lily Rose

Stave, 475 pieces. Lots and lots of interacting whimsies in this one! 6/10
