About my ratings

Perhaps because of my day job, I'm a tough rater. Everything 3/5 and above I consider worth the time and money. If I purchase on Etsy or a similar platform and the puzzle is as expected, I will give a top rating on the platform because of how seller ratings work, but here "as expected" is probably a 3/5 in most cases.

Voyage Round the World

Liberty, 502 pieces. Cute puzzle with a whimsy--a Buddha--I didn't recall from elsewhere.

Purple Haze

Par-L, 500 pieces. Unusual shape, difficult image because there's so much going on, cutouts for the special guitar pick/knob pieces. 3/5

knobs, placed at random because I know nothing about guitars

Celebration

Liberty, 408 pieces. Unusual Liberty in having a word--the puzzle title--in there. A lot of border which you will either enjoy as unusual or hate as frustrating. 3/5

Morning, Steve R. Coffey

Stumpcraft, 595 pieces. A difficult image with lots of color line cutting/interlocks, a Stumpcraft standard by this point. I could live with a slightly looser fit but this had a bunch of surprises. 4/5

birds led by flying pig

Desert Garden, Cynthia Fitting

Fool's Gold, 320 pieces. Huge pieces, very swirly, very very tight fit, enough to endanger the pieces if one isn't careful. A really intriguing experience. 4/5

Frog, Sue Coccia

Liberty, 498 pieces. The size and density of the image combine to make this one of the harder Coccia animals I've done. Sadly, there was a missing piece, but it was still a steadily difficult assembly. 3/5

Valentine Rukenenko, Charming Village

Artifact, 289 pieces. Whimsical image with lots of different sized things going on. 3/5
