Stave, 205 pieces. A nice traditional puzzle with lovely details at the edges including card-themed whimsies and some musical instruments/furniture as well. 6/10

Liberty, 743 pieces. This is a challenging Liberty puzzle, different from their usual. If no wooden puzzles were like this, it would be sad; if all wooden puzzles were like this, it would be more sad, because most people would be too frustrated to do them and the hobby would lose out a lot. My frustration tolerance is pretty high so I kept going, but even I resorted to using the numbers to help guide placement, although the numbers aren't exactly super regularly placed in the image so that was no panacea. The line cutting was a big help, though, and flipping it over revealed some nice whimsy design. 3/5

Stave, 520 pieces. As I was setting this up, I thought, wow, big blocks of color--this should be relatively simple, right? I really, really should have known better. Total delight. 8/10
Stave, 365 pieces. Small but mighty, this has a lot of those wonderful Stave grace notes, from the extra bits on the border to the interacting whimsies that make Stave puzzles so special. The pictures loaded backwards, sigh. 7/10
