About my ratings

Perhaps because of my day job, I'm a tough rater. Everything 3/5 and above I consider worth the time and money. If I purchase on Etsy or a similar platform and the puzzle is as expected, I will give a top rating on the platform because of how seller ratings work, but here "as expected" is probably a 3/5 in most cases.

Anticipation, Laurie Faye Bock and Raining Colors, Bellesouth Studios

15 and 656 pieces respectively. A lovely extra gift from the Elms-again company along with this rental puzzle. The larger puzzle is quite difficult because of the repeating blobs of color, and was a lot of fun to do. 6/10

Unlikely Pals

Stave, 355 pieces. Another lovely rental puzzle with great colors (bonus tidbit from Twin Farms at bottom). 6/10

The Seven Chakras, Phil Lewis

Liberty, 661 pieces. Enough color overlap that it wasn't always easy to separate them out, which I liked. ETA alternate solutions at the bottom 4/5

I tried to rotate this and failed, which maybe is appropriate for the image

Lake View with Wisteria

Penelope, 150 pieces. Classic Penelope style. 3/5

Paul Klee, Cat and Bird

Artifact, 112 pieces. Tiny but fun--I loved the whimsies. I'm just a sucker for cats and yarn. 4/5

kitties!

kitty in trouble (and goldfish in trouble)

The Bellman's Map, Lewis Carroll

Turning Taxis, 150. This hand cut puzzle is a lot of fun--it forces attention onto shape, which I quite enjoy, especially with a swirly cut like this. 4/5

Cottages By The Sea

Maridale, 350 pieces. Maridale puzzles are cut very similarly and on thin wood, but I like the fact that it's wood and not MDF (I may be edging into the minority on this one). 3/5

Bet a Carrot Ten

Stave, 80 pieces. Not sure what level Teaser this is--I didn't find it on the Stave site, but maybe a two sword? Anyway, cute. 6/10
