About my ratings

Perhaps because of my day job, I'm a tough rater. Everything 3/5 and above I consider worth the time and money.

Eye of the Tiger

Platinum Puzzles, 259 pieces. This is a beautiful image, with nice solid hand-cut pieces.  The cutting isn't as intricate as Stave, but it is certainly a good example of what hand-cut can do.  6/10 (Stave scale)

cat whimsies and a few other animals--Circus theme maybe

Oarsmen at Chatou, Pierre-Auguste Renoir

249 pieces, Nikolyaaa.  OK, I just like the Tetris pieces. This picture wasn't particularly interesting to me, but it was still fun to put together.  3/5

Bridge Scene of Tokyo Ryogoku in the Age of Civilization

Liberty, 562 pieces.  Another fine Liberty--a missing piece was swiftly replaced by Liberty, demonstrating excellent customer service.  3/5

Afterglow, Jonas Lie

Liberty, 523 pieces. I really like this kind of puzzle, where the colors lead you into differentials you didn't see at first.  4/5
